Part I: Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Circle

Montemiglia operates strictly as an exclusive, invitation-only private automotive society managed by Global Strada LTD. Admission is capped at 15 pilots per continental chapter to preserve road dynamics, event intimacy, and safety. Acceptance into the circle does not constitute a public service contract, but a revocable membership privilege.

2. Candidate Screening & Admission

  • Right of Refusal: The Montemiglia Admissions Committee reserves the absolute right to accept, decline, or defer any membership application without obligation to provide justification.
  • Garage Pedigree: Applicants must maintain ownership or registered operational control of an approved vehicle aligning with Gran Turismo standards.
  • Non-Transferability: Memberships and chapter allocations are strictly personal and non-transferable to third parties.

3. Financial Terms & Dues

  • Membership Fees: Entry into Montemiglia requires payment of an initial entry fee and annual renewal dues as specified during the formal admission process. All financial settlements are conducted exclusively via verified wire transfer following written approval from the admissions committee.
  • Non-Refundability: Due to the bespoke curation of private estates, route logistics, and closed-road security, all paid entry and circuit fees are strictly non-refundable once allocated.

4. Code of Conduct & Discretion

  • Confidentiality: Members agree to respect the privacy of fellow pilots. The disclosure of member identities, vehicle details, or private chapter locations to external media or unapproved third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Road Integrity: Montemiglia drives are non-competitive touring rallies focused on route appreciation, culinary heritage, and driver fellowship. Unsafe, reckless, or negligent driving that endangers the circle or the public will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

5. Media & Intellectual Property

To preserve absolute discretion, photography and recording during private estate gatherings or closed circuits are governed by strict member guidelines. Commercial exploitation of Montemiglia insignia, routes, or private event imagery is forbidden without explicit written consent from Global Strada LTD.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from circle participation are governed by the laws of England & Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

7. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Inherent Risks: Participation in Montemiglia driving events, tours, and private circuit sessions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, mechanical failure, personal injury, or property loss. Pilots and their guests participate entirely at their own risk.
  • Release of Claims: By engaging in circle activities, members formally waive and release Global Strada LTD, Montemiglia, its directors, concierges, and partners from any liability for financial loss, injury, or damages arising from road conditions, third-party actions, or driving incidents.
  • Vehicle Insurance & Compliance: Every participating vehicle must maintain full comprehensive insurance coverage and be legally certified for road use. The pilot remains solely responsible for any traffic violations, fines, accidents, or damages caused during circle itineraries.
